Simpel, Kid Buu is just Malice, Kid Buu is like a Animal he just attacks for the sheer pleasure of doing it.
while Super buu was like: “If i absorb every strong fighter in the universe then i grow so powerful that nobody can stop me anymore and i m basicaly a God at that point and then i can reshape the world as i like it to be.”
